Cogetel is tasty watered down cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml wine rice arrack and 150ml gruel rice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add rice wine into glass then stir in the rice gruel and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
