Classic Daiquiri is piquant very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum light white angostura and 20ml lime juice with 10ml gomme syrup as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Fine strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
