Lemon Juice

2% Alcohol By Volume

0.5 Standard Drinks

Method - Poured - Cold

Add shot of lemon juice to glass.
Pour in lemon soda.
Top with spanish beer.

Beer Brew Ale Blonde - Blonde ale beer are very pale in colour and tend to be clear crisp and dry with low to medium bitterness and aroma from hops and some sweetness from malt.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Clara Beer is scrummy watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 160ml beer brew ale blonde and 100ml lemon soda with 30ml lemon juice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add shot of lemon juice to glass then pour in lemon soda and top with spanish beer and served in a highball glass cold.
