Chuan is fortifying smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu luzhou laojiao and 30ml mandarin liqueur with 30ml jujube juice as well as 200ml water and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just drop one dried jujube into glass then add the baijiu to tall glass and pour in the mandarin liqueur. Add in the jujube juice and stir in the water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
