Method
  1. Place the ice into large glass.
  2. Pour in the papaya liqueur.
  3. Add in the white wine.
  4. Stir in the soda water.

Chowder Bay Beach is freshening smooth cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml papaya liqueur and 70ml wine white with 70ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into large glass then pour in the papaya liqueur and add in the white wine. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
