Ching Ching is glorious full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum brugal extra viejo and 10ml peppermint liqueur with 10ml clove syrup as well as 50ml soda water including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and mix well with spoon. Pour all into glass and fill glass with more ice and served in a highball glass cold.
