Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnish top with apple and chimayo chili.

Chimayo is bewitching quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila blanco pueblo viejo and 15ml blackcurrant liqueur briottet with 30ml apple juice as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish top with apple and chimayo chili and served in a saucer glass cold.
