Stirred with 30ml whisky canadian rich and rare and 210ml consomme goose with 10ml tabasco pepper sauce and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm the serving glass then heat up the goose consomme and splash pepper sauce into glass. Add in the shot of whisky and stir in the warm goose and good with warm rye bread and served in a coffee glass warm.
