Method
  1. Add ice to blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until grainy.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with safty cut pineapple leaf.

Chi Chi Colada is flavorous medium cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml orange liqueur maison and 30ml coconut cream with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 20ml pineapple syrup including 100ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until grainy. Pour into glass and garnish with safty cut pineapple leaf and served in a poco grande glass cold.
