Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with the zest of lemon.

Stirred with 45ml gin roku japanese and 15ml orange liqueur gabriel boudier with 10ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with the zest of lemon and served in a martini glass cold.
