Method
  1. Please the ice cubes into glass.
  2. Pour in the black sambuca.
  3. Slowly add in the lemon soda.
  4. Sprinkle clear sambuca on top.

Checkout is zamatos robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml sambuca black luxardo and 30ml sambuca molinari with 40ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just please the ice cubes into glass then pour in the black sambuca and slowly add in the lemon soda. Sprinkle clear sambuca on top and served in a highball glass cold.
