Checkmate is geschmackvollen mild cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml blackcurrant liqueur vedrenne and 15ml honey liqueur cazcabel with 45ml milk as well as 50ml ice cream including 50ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add small scoop of ice cream into shaker then pour in other ingredients into shaker and vigorously shake. Pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
