Champagne Cup Cannes is delish strong cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Built with 100ml champagne and 30ml gin with 30ml plum liqueur prunelle as well as 20ml creme de cassis including 10ml bitters schipperbitter also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just drop orange peel into glass then add in the gin and plum liqueur and stir in the bitters. Add ice and champagne and sprinkle creme de cassis on top and served in a highball glass cold.
