Champagne Cobbler Rose is very palatable smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 70ml champagne rose and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml orange juice as well as 10ml quinine syrup including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just slice lemon and orange into wheels then stick wheels inside edge of glass and fill glass with ice cubes. Add orange juice and pour in lemon juice and top with rose champagne and served in a highball glass cold.
