  1. Add apricot brandy to flute.
  2. Top with champagne.

Champagne Charlie is delectable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apricot lejay and 70ml champagne bollinger and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add apricot brandy to flute then top with champagne and served in a flute glass cold.
