Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker.
Shake well.
Prong strain into glass.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Chambers Bullseye is delicioso robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin spiced four pillars and 15ml ginger liqueur sikkim with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml orange juice including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker and shake well. Prong strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
