Centre is stimulating quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka and 70ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just use a cold flute glass then add shot of vodka to glass and pour in sparkling white wine and add lemon peel knot to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
