Candied Pear - Pear dried and candied with sugar also called crystallized pear or glace pear.

Catixs is tasteful quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml vodka pear veil and 45ml pear cider with 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place the ice into rocks glass then add in the pear vodka and top with perry cider and garnish with candied pear and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
