Method
  1. Cube kiwi skin on.
  2. Add kiwi to glass.
  3. Add in splash of lime juice.
  4. Pour gin and liqueur over all.
  5. Serve with cocktail fork.

Carpet Munching is heavenly standard cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml kiwi liqueur vedrenne pages and 30ml gin houndstooth with 10ml lime juice as well as 100ml kiwi and best with buffet style food. Just cube kiwi skin on then add kiwi to glass and add in splash of lime juice. Pour gin and liqueur over all and serve with cocktail fork and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
