Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice cubes.
Add rum and gin to glass.
Pour in lime juice.
Top with sparkling water.

Rum 151 Proof - Overproof rums are much higher than the standard rums made from sugar and high in alcohol.

Carbonated Piston Slinger is scrumptious strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml rum 151 proof and 15ml gin sloe with 10ml lime juice as well as 20ml lime syrup including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice cubes then add rum and gin to glass and pour in lime juice. Top with sparkling water and served in a highball glass cold.
