Method
  1. Use an ice cold glass.
  2. Pour in the beer.
  3. Pour in a shot of white carabbean rum.
  4. Add a warm beef pine on the side.

Carabbean Boilermaker is lovely smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum light white and 260ml beer brew and best at tea time. Just use an ice cold glass then pour in the beer and pour in a shot of white carabbean rum and add a warm beef pine on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
