Captain Crunch is nice looking average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila rose and 15ml vanilla schnapps with 15ml coffee liqueur as well as 10ml grenadine including 20ml cream also 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into rocks glass and fill glass with more ice and drop three coffee beans on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
