Cape Howe is salkans light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml aperitivo select and 30ml grape juice red with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice cubes into glass then pour in the red grape juice and add soda water. Sprinkle the amaro on top and served in a highball glass cold.
