Canton Rouge is lovely very strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml ginger liqueur domaine de canton and 45ml gin dry burnetts with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml simple syrup including 10ml bitters angostura also 10ml bitters peach together with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with fine cut ginger and served in a highball glass cold.
