Apple Syrup Bickfords - Bickfords Apple Syrup is made ny cooking apple juice with sugar into a thick cloudy syrup.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Campus is vonzo light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 90ml apple cider and 10ml apple syrup bickfords with 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add the ice itno tall glass then pour in a little syrup and top with apple cider and served in a highball glass cold.
