Campoleone is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml grappa nonino and 30ml gin schlichte with 90ml water barley and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add grappa to glass then pour in the gin and stir in the barley water and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
