Cambaceres Pudding is very palatable medium cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 50ml cake plain and 10ml ginger liqueur tamborine mountain with 10ml apricot liqueur massenez as well as 40ml advocaat including 10ml jam apricot and best with dessert type dishes. Just cut cake into square, half and spread center with apricot jam, re-join then add cake to glass with split sitting up and pour one side of cake with ginger liqueur. Pour other side of cake with apricot liqueur and pour advokaat over top of cake and garnish with a sprinkle of sultana and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
