Method
  1. Brew long black coffee.
  2. Warm serving coffee glass.
  3. Add nip of whisky cream.
  4. Add nip of spiced rum.
  5. Stir in the long black coffee.
  6. Top with whipped cream and chocolate.

Calypso Coffee is gorgeous mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky cream and 30ml rum spiced khukuri with 190ml coffee brew and best when a coffee is needed. Just brew long black coffee then warm serving coffee glass and add nip of whisky cream. Add nip of spiced rum and stir in the long black coffee and top with whipped cream and chocolate and served in a coffee glass warm.
