Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Caixa is lovely robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml cachaca gold novo fogo and 15ml goldenberry liqueur with 15ml goldenberry syrup as well as 15ml lime syrup including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
