Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pour into warm glass.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Garnish with mixed peel.

Cafe Brulot is scrummy medium cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac hine vsop and 10ml orange liqueur with 100ml coffee brew as well as 10ml cinnamon syrup and best at tea time. Just warm glass then warm mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and pour into warm glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with mixed peel and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
