Method
  1. Put the ice cubes into large glass.
  2. Add in the amber rum.
  3. Pour in the passion fruit juice.
  4. Stir in the sparkling wine.

Cabana boy is smagfuld full bodied cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum gold amber scarlet ibis and 30ml passion fruit juice with 110ml sparkling wine white as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put the ice cubes into large glass then add in the amber rum and pour in the passion fruit juice. Stir in the sparkling wine and served in a goblet glass cold.
