Byward Tower is enjoyable light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin rose beefeater and 220ml tea rosehip and good to have with brunch. Just warm glass and bew rosehip tea then add rose gin to warm glass and stir in the rosehip tea and served in a coffee glass warm.
