Button Down Collar is scrummy average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml blackberry liqueur teichenne and 30ml apple cider with 40ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just add the blackberry liqueur to cold glass then pour in the apple cider and float the white wine on top and served in a flute glass cold.
