Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with brown sugar.

Butterscotch Flip is izletes medium cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml butterscotch liqueur mcguinness and 30ml egg with 10ml butterscotch syrup as well as 10ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with brown sugar and served in a saucer glass cold.
