Built with 45ml butterscotch schnapps dekuyper and 45ml ginger ale soda with 10ml lemon juice as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in butterscotch schnapps and add lemon juice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
