Bucks Fizz is appealing light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml sparkling wine white and 70ml orange juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill flute glass then add orange juice into glass and add shot of sparkling white wine to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
