Brown Rumba is beguiling full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky eimverk and 30ml pineapple juice with 15ml orange syrup as well as 30ml egg including 30ml soda water also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into cocktail shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Stir in soda water and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a wine glass cold.
