Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Strain into glass.

Rum - Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane byproducts such as molasses or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation a clear liquid is then usually aged in oak barrels.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Brandy Cherry - Cherry Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling by Cherries.

Hazelnut Liqueur - Hazelnut flavoured liqueur made from distilling hazelnut.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Broadside is exquisite very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum and 15ml vodka with 15ml brandy cherry as well as 15ml hazelnut liqueur including 15ml grenadine also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
