Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour everything into glass.
Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Rum Dark - Dark rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by products such as molasses or honeys or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation.

Rum Light White - Light rums also referred to as silver or white are distilled alcoholic made from sugarcane have very little flavor aside from a general sweetness and clear liquid.

Brandy Orange - Orange Brandy made by distilling a spirit then infused with orange into a rich orange flavour and deep amber color.

Brandy Cherry - Cherry Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling by Cherries.

Creme de Noyaux - Creme de Noyaux or Noyeaux is an almond flavoured creme liqueur made from apricot kernels which also flavor the better known brandy based amaretto.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Brimstone is delightful robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml rum dark and 15ml rum light white with 15ml brandy orange as well as 15ml brandy cherry including 15ml creme de noyaux also 5ml lemon juice together with 20ml orange juice and 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour everything into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
