Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Bonal Dolin - Bonal is a French aperitif that shares common ground with sweet vermouth and amaro.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Bretagne is heavenly medium cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml gin london to lima and 15ml bonal dolin with 30ml lemon juice as well as 30ml orange juice including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
