Brass Rail is appealing robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum and 15ml herbal liqueur damiana with 10ml bitters orange as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml sugar syrup also 10ml egg white together with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until fluffy. Strain into cold glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
