Layered with 40ml cognac merlet exclusive and 10ml sugar syrup with 40ml water as well as 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add brandy into glass then pour in the sugar syrup and stir in the water. Top glass with ice and sprinkle port on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
