Method
  1. Add small amount of ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake the hell out of it.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.

Brandy Fix is tasty very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml brandy and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml pineapple syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add small amount of ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake the hell out of it. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
