Method
  1. In a tumbler glass add ice cubes.
  2. Place the red cherry liqueur into glass.
  3. Slowly add the lemon soda.
  4. Sprinkle the pafait amour on top.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Boom is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml cherry liqueur vedrenne and 30ml parfait amour giffard with 40ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then place the red cherry liqueur into glass and slowly add the lemon soda. Sprinkle the pafait amour on top and served in a highball glass cold.
