Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with a few black currants.

Blue Velvet is refreshing robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml vodka and 15ml blackcurrant liqueur lejay with 30ml apple juice as well as 100ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and garnish with a few black currants and served in a martini glass cold.
