Method - Stirred - Cold

Chill glass very cold.
Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Slowly stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Mampoer Appelkoos - Mampoer Appelkoos spirit created from fuits most comonly apricots figs and yellow peaches. Appelkoos refers to Apricot which is what this Mampoer has been made from.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Aloe Vera Soda - Aloe vera soda is flavoured with aloe vera flesh and mixed with a water of carbon dioxide gas to make it fizzy.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blue Room is skrumskakel robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml mampoer appelkoos and 30ml curacao blue with 30ml aloe vera soda as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just chill glass very cold then place ice into mixing glass and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Slowly stir well until mixed and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
