Blue Lagoon Sour is finger licking robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum and 15ml curacao blue with 10ml absinthe as well as 10ml lime juice including 10ml pineapple syrup also 5ml vanilla essence together with 10ml egg white and 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add all ingredients to shaker then quick dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Shake the hell out of it until frothy and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
