Blue Dragon is stimulating quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dry king of soho and 30ml curacao blue with 30ml grapefruit juice as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place half the ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
