Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Rum Coconut - Coconut Rum is a beverage distilled alcoholic and made from sugarcane and coconut flavour.

Rum Spiced - Spiced rums obtain their flavors through the addition of spices and sometimes caramel and may or may not be aged.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blue Dolphin is rejuvenating robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml rum coconut and 15ml rum spiced with 15ml curacao blue as well as 15ml vodka including 30ml lemon soda also 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
