Bloodside is rejuvenating quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml gin 23rd street and 20ml orange syrup with 20ml lime juice as well as 5ml bitters including 5ml pernod also 10ml grenadine jack rudy together with 100ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with a few drops of grenadine and served in a saucer glass cold.
